DELIVERY POLICY
1. Delivery costs
For France as well as for other countries of the European Union, the delivery costs (including the costs of manufacturing the wooden box containing the artwork and all the materials necessary to secure the shipment) are offered to you. I also offer, if possible, to hand deliver the work to you free of charge (depending on distances and my availability).
For countries outside the European Union, I ask my clients for a financial contribution calculated based on the weight of the work shipped, ranging from 50 to 150 euros or more depending on the weight of the work. This amount will be indicated to you when you order.
2. Delivery
For all deliveries, in France and internationally, I favor the services of DHL or DHL Express. Each of my shipments is insured to the value of the sale price. The package is delivered by hand with signature or presentation of the identity card.
3. Packaging
Each piece is packaged and protected with the greatest possible care before shipping. Wishing to favor maximum security regarding the transport of the work rather than lower-cost packaging, all my pieces (even the smallest) are sent in a secure wooden box custom-made by me. The interior walls are reinforced of thick featherboard between which the work is inserted, itself wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned on all sides by foam or compressed shredded paper, so that there are no jolts possible during shipping. Finally, each wall of the box is glued/screwed; upon receipt, once the protective films around the box have been removed, you will simply have to unscrew the top cover to access the packaged work.
Several of my creations have been sent abroad (notably to the United States) and my collectors have always been very satisfied with the care taken in the packaging and sending of the work, and no damage has ever been reported.
4. Delivery times
Concerning France, DHL guarantees delivery on D+2 after shipment. For other destinations, this delay may take up to two weeks. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option of returning it to me within 10 days of receiving the work. To be eligible for a return, the work must be in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Return costs will be your responsibility, including insurance covering the purchase price of the work. The certificate of authenticity must be sent at the same time as the returned work. I will reimburse you within 5 days after receipt of the package, taking time to verify that all the conditions mentioned above are met.
